Intercultural Competency Development
Intercultural competency is the ability to interact effectively across cultural differences. Many of us believe we are doing this and get frustrated when communication breaks down. Although we might be interacting across cultural differences, we don't, necessarily, have the knowledge, skills and abilities to bridge the differences between us effectively.
Through use of the Intercultural Development Inventory®, or IDI®, you and your team can develop a deeper awareness of cultural competency and can learn to interact in ways that enhance communication and build true relationships.
